First, the material is placed on the working table in the working area and secured. Then, the two cylinders on the left and right firmly clamp the material. Next, the molding wheel moves left and right along the guide rail, grinding away the excess stone to shape the desired irregular stone mosaic form. During this process, the molding wheel uses electroplated wheel material, ensuring precision and stability in processing. After grinding, the irregular stone is sliced using a Mosaic Cutting Machine. The sliced mosaics are then placed in a mosaic mold, completing the preliminary formation of an irregular mosaic.
