Working Process and Principle

First, the material is placed on the working table in the working area and secured. Then, the two cylinders on the left and right firmly clamp the material. Next, the molding wheel moves left and right along the guide rail, grinding away the excess stone to shape the desired irregular stone mosaic form. During this process, the molding wheel uses electroplated wheel material, ensuring precision and stability in processing. After grinding, the irregular stone is sliced using a Mosaic Cutting Machine. The sliced mosaics are then placed in a mosaic mold, completing the preliminary formation of an irregular mosaic. Subsequently, the mosaic is placed into a Mosaic Moulding Machine to achieve a mirror-like surface finish, ultimately presenting a shiny and beautiful finished irregular mosaic product. Throughout the process, various shapes such as S-shapes, oval shapes, duck-egg shapes, and fan shapes are processed using the grinding wheel molding method. After completing the basic mosaic production, a mosaic laying board is used to cover the entire template, applying stone mosaic-specific adhesive, followed by a layer of mosaic mesh, and finally placed in a drying kiln to dry before packaging.
